Utah Real Estate Exam Information

Students that successfully complete the 120 hour education requirement at a Utah Real Estate School are then required to complete the state exam in order to become a Licensed Utah Real Estate Agent.

Quick Facts about the Utah Real Estate License Exam:

  • Exam Fee is $59 paid to testing center

  • The exam contains 130 questions (80 General Real Estate and 50 State Law)

  • Passing Score is 70

Once you have completed your training here at Agent Professor, we will issue you a stamped Candidate Education Certifying Document. Make sure that you take this document to the testing center.

The Utah Division of Real Estate uses a testing company called Pearson Vue. Below is the link to the Utah Real Estate Candidate Handbook published by Pearson Vue. This handbook will outline all of the steps needed to be completed in order to take the test and finish the licensing process to get a Utah real estate license.
