Utah Real Estate Exam Information
Students that successfully complete the 120 hour education requirement at a Utah Real Estate School are then required to complete the state exam in order to become a Licensed Utah Real Estate Agent.

Students must complete the test in person at a testing facility. For example, an Agent Professor student from St. George, Utah would need to travel to a testing facility, likely Las Vegas or Draper, since there are no testing facilities in St. George.
